The hot weather is really killing me! I wonder when will the rain come and give everyone a hurray splish-splash fun?
Yesterday i had an urge to rent a hotel room because my house was just so hot and stuffy even with the air-conditioner and fan on. So i thought perhaps hotel room was more cooler for me instead of staying in my house which as if an oven. I hate the hot weather here, so do my kids. My boy told me that he would like to stay in cold weather country, he prefers to wear a thick winter jacket more than just a singlet.
I really felt like leaving here, owing to the unbearable hot. But where could i go? How about a honeymoon vacation? But if it’s a honeymoon vacation then i really don’t feel like bringing my kids along as they will definitely spoil my holiday mood.

My baby is almost due, another 11 days to go! Am i feeling excited? Well, i have mixed feeling actually! Of course i would like to hold my baby but on the other hand i simply feel like i can’t cope with 3 kids at the same time without a helper.
My friend asked me to think the bright side, and she even jokingly said that perhaps i could get back to my pre-pregnancy weight by looking after my kids. Yeah, that’s true too! However, if i can’t get back to my ideal weight after giving birth to the baby i still can try the natural appetite suppressants, so nothing is impossible! I still can slim down, that’s what i am heartily believed!

I was thrilled yesterday when my sis told me she doesn’t want to buy the townhouse in Luyang Villa anymore, i have been eyeing on the townhouse ever since i first saw it. So after discussion with my hubby, i started to have “action”. I went to the bank to check with the current new interest rate (BLR-2.2, negotiate), and asked for advice whether this townhouse is worth to buy, and of course to check the possibility of getting loan approved. Everything is running smooth, and later i will meet the landlord again for further looking at the house. If i am still fine with everything i guess i will give the 2% of booking fee later, wish me good luck!
Actually i knew my sis loves the townhouse too, as the environment is scenic, quiet and clean. But her new car has just arrived yesterday, so she’s feeling quite a burden to bear those monthly installments. Now she is quite busying to get herself a good car insurance instead of eyeing on townhouse property!

I didn’t online yesterday, been so busy to walk around to get things done, but actually still have lots of things haven’t been done!
I went for looking a house in Luyang Perdana yesterday morning, it’s actually a townhouse which located in first floor and the unit is considered part furnished as the landlord won’t remove all the built in cabinets. The unit is not really spacious as it has just about 1300+ sq.m, but i still love in too bits since the unit is quite new and clean.
I hope to invest in such a property, and i believe the price of the townhouse will always be soared over time, but, now the problem is either i get it or my sister gets it. She was the one who spotted the unit first, so she is deserved to make her choice first then only i turn.

So hot here, emm…do you know where am i now?
Well, my car is under a wash, so i just take this opportunity to online a while. So you thought the car wash center is so advance and kind to provide free internet service? Of course NO, i have to bring along my notebook and Celcom USB modem so that i can connect anytime and anywhere!
Today is definitely a busy day for me, sigh, i am so tired actually, from head to toe, but i still have to rush everything before my baby is due. Oh, today i am in 38 weeks, so i think the final call can be anytime now. I haven’t finished most of my personal errands, has not bought the Australia dollar and has not prepared the money for buying the share of Wawasan 2020. Gosh, i simply so tired and lazy everyday!
Other than that, i have not gone for any house hunting, my man is thinking to invest a property since the interest rate is quite low now, but sigh, weather is just hot for me so most of the time i prefer to stay at home more than running my things under the hot weather! What’s more i am under the weather now! Sigh, got the flu since Monday!

I have been wondering how to well spend my money, some friends of mine suggested me to invest in silver because it is a high return investment. I am so tempted to invest my money in buying silver and heartily hope my money can grow abundantly so that i can buy a house for my parents. Staying under one roof with my brother and SIL is definitely inconvenience, be frankly, i have never seen such a lazy and inconsiderate lady before! I sympathize with my mother, to have help her rather than being helped by DIL. But my mother is very kind and always thinks optimistic, i don’t blame her as my brother still her son and her DIL still being her half-daughter. Maybe due to love, so it seems to keep her heart soft and accept everything despite it is good or bad!

I love May because it’s simply a month of love. In May, it has mother’s day, my birthday and also my courtship anniversary day, this year, perhaps will be another special year for me since i will become a mother of 3 if the baby is really arrived in May, so i am extremely exciting with these 4 important memorable dates now. But what a waste that my man is not around me, sigh, definitely no special celebration here, perhaps just light up the candle for self-satisfaction. OMG, i am definitely a pity one!

I am so unhappy, gosh, i think i am suffered a light mental illness now due to the crankiness of the boys. I have almost raised my white flag and almost cried out when i scolded the elder boy just now, i didn’t want to say those ugly words to him but i just couldn’t control my temper as my blood was really boiling there. I then told my mother perhaps i should just send him to my MIL since i am incapable of caring him anymore because he has been creating more chaos and havoc to me, and those hurt me mentally as well as physically because i have been too tired to lecture him.
I hope i could have a short and peaceful break which the break could away from the noises of kids, but when does my dream can come true? And i have a very strange habit too, that is the more i am feeling unhappy the more i wish to spend, perhaps i should just get myself a pearls jewelry, don’t you think that retail therapy is always powerful and wonderful for an upset woman?
