Bad eating habit

Lots of friends been asking me how to slim down in short time. The answer is simple, is all depending on how strong your willpower are to reject the food temptation. I had strong willpower, i didn’t really eat every day and sometimes just a spoon of rice for my lunch and dinner, that’s why i could shed off fats and get back to my ideal weight which the weight is even lighter than my secondary school’s weight. But now, i seem to lose my willpower as i have been eating a lot lately. Actually i have been worrying that i would get back those unwanted fats and would outgrow my size 26 skinny jeans. But, i still have no way to stop myself from eating. I think i will need fat burner very soon if i continue having such a bad eating habit.
