I remembered i could only have a red hard boiled egg on my birthday when i was a little kid, you know, i never had birthday cake and never known birthday kid needed to blow their birthday candles. See, i was so outdated when i was little. Look at nowadays kids, they are so lucky and blessed, other than having a superb looking birthday cake, they can organize a birthday party and invite their friends come along to celebrate together. And even can receive presents. One of my friend’s son even got gold coins as birthday present. Gosh, the birthday boy is just at 5 years old and i don’t think he can know the value of keeping gold.

I always need to yell at my boy especially right after he comes out from toilet. No matter how many time i remind him, he still cannot remember to wash his hand after he pees or poos. If he can remember to wash, he cannot remember to dry his wet hands too although there is a hand towel hanging beside the basin. Are boys born stubbornly? He once talk backed i should get a hand dryer at toilet so that he would remember to dry his hands! Gosh, did he think our house is hotel or shopping mall where he can find hand dryers around in washroom?

I so into baking lately, but the drawback of baking too often has brought more flesh around my hips, thighs and arms! Gosh, i really have dilemma whether to stop baking or continue baking? My kids are not so fancy over cakes and breads, so most of the time i have finished everything by myself. There was once i baked a pumpkin bread and i finished the whole loaf myself. See, how not to gain weight if i keep eating those fattening baked food again and again.

Do you invest for your children? We do actually. We buy gold rather than just saving the money in bank. Interest given by bank is way too little, so both hubby and me prefer to use the money wisely and hopefully money grows money. Nothing fails to bring smile on your face to see your money grows. Raising children needs quite a lot of money, what’s more i have 3 children. Save for their future is not an easy task, but glad that we have found a great way to save for our kids.
How about you? Have you found your ideal way to save for your kids? There are actually have other investment options around in the market, but trust me, nothing beats to have gold investment.

While i was in secondary school, i used to sell textbooks to my juniors then reused the money to get the required textbooks for my level. It did save a lot of my father’s money and it actually good for environment too. How about you? Did you mind to use old textbooks? Actually i wonder how about nowadays kids, think that they may not accept old textbooks, sigh, they are simply too blessed! Take my kids as example, i seriously found that they didn’t know how to appreciate the things that have. They are definitely spoiled.

My dear almost dropped his jaws when he knew i had spent few hundreds to buy the tooth cases for my kids. He thinks the tooth cases are such a fancy thing which worth nothing, but for me, it’s an useful and great creation case to keep my kids’ milk teeth. Didn’t he know the act of keeping kids’ milk teeth is another priceless gift that i can give to his children? He commented that i should have saved the money or should have spent on something which could secure our financial hence to secure our future. I knew he means investment. He has always had intention to buy more gold coins, but please, the money i spent was only a fractional amount, then, why couldn’t he stay calm? What a man i have!

We had a special dinner last Sunday. Actually, we never tried taking our dinner at the street stall before due to the concern of cleanliness. So, that’s our first time, and i love it. I will even go back to there, undoubtedly. We ordered a claypot prawn porridge, a plate of fried osyter omelet and a plate of pickled cucumber with shredded red chilies, all just gone our RMB65, with some free condiments too. I like their food very much, and to my surprise, their place is actually quite clean. But, a lot of mosquito and a bit dark there. Perhaps they can think of getting low voltage path lights in order to brighten up the place. I believe there will be more patrons to go there if the place is bright and less mosquito.
